The architect’s concept was to have a facade dominated by a linear element that represents the silhouette of the city, creating rhythm on the facade and integrating the building with its imposing volume into the wide profile of Južni Bulevar Street. The glass ground floor and two dominant vertical elements on the facade give the building lightness, along with an aesthetically high-value presentation. The entrance to the building is emphasized by a passageway that provides adequate comfort and secure access to the residential area and private yard.
